Shipment processing time

Most orders are shipped next day if your order is placed by 2pm PST. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.HendricksFlightGear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.HendricksFlightGear.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds for Online Sales

Items that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a new replacement.

Items that have been used or are not in the original packaging will be not be replaced.

Confidential information (such as credit card information) is encrypted and transmitted securely through PayPal (the checkout process is entirely handled by PayPal, so we have no access to your Credit Card information). Orders

We request information from you when placing an order. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address, etc.) and financial information. Financial information will be handled by PayPal (credit card number, expiration date, etc.). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Shipping Policy

If you place your order before 2 p.m. MST, we will normally ship it that same day. In some cases, your order will ship the next day. We ship Monday through Friday.
